We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not quite right with your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt of item. Shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. The return amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• All returned items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and have tags still attached
• Exchanges and returns for US-based orders are free
• For non-US orders, we will refund your original form of payment minus the outbound shipping costs 
• Clearance and Sample Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned
• Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
• Casa Danu reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: 

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and indicate which products you would like to return or exchange
2. If possible, please utilize the recyclable box in which the item was shipped to you when returning it to us
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by mail
4. Send all items you wish to return back to us using the shipping label provided

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@casadanu.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date
• International orders are not eligible for exchange
