Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Casa Danu garment. If something's not quite right with your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt of item. Shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. The return amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• All returned items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and have tags still attached
• Exchanges and returns for US-based orders are free
• For non-US orders, we will refund your original form of payment minus the outbound shipping costs 
• Clearance and Sample Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned
• Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
• Casa Danu reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: 

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and indicate which products you would like to return or exchange
2. If possible, please utilize the recyclable box in which the item was shipped to you when returning it to us
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items you wish to return back to us using the shipping label provided

Exchanges

Because we are a small business just getting started, we do not hold a significant amount of inventory. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exchanges, as we may not have the color or size you require. However, if your item does not fit or you do not like the color, please reach out to us at hello@casadanu.com and we will check our inventory to see if an exchange is possible! Thank you again for your support of Casa Danu – we truly hope you love your garment and if you don’t, we would love to do anything in our power to change that.
